Is this the official DnB Allstars store?
Yes. This is the only official online store for DnB Allstars merch. Items sold on Redbubble, Etsy or other marketplaces under our name aren't made or approved by us.
Who designs the merch?
Everything is designed in-house by the team behind DnB Allstars events, and many pieces are made for specific shows and tours.
Can I buy merch at DnB Allstars events?
Yes. Most of our events have a merch stand, and some items are event exclusives. Anything left over usually lands online after the show.
Do you make merch for each tour?
Yes. We release capsule collections for our tours and festivals, including Australia & New Zealand, Thailand and Portugal.
How do your tees and hoodies fit?
Most are cut oversized for a relaxed fit. Take your usual size for a boxy look, or size down for a regular fit. See the Size Guide for measurements.
Are the football shirts true to size?
They have a relaxed fit, so take your usual size.
Where do you ship?
The UK, Europe (EU, Norway and Switzerland), Australia, New Zealand and selected Asian countries. UK delivery is £3.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or £4.95 with Tracked 24. Europe starts at £13.95, and Australia, New Zealand and Asia at £25.50. Delivery takes 2–5 working days in the UK, 5–10 in Europe and 10–21 for Australia, New Zealand and Asia, after dispatch.
Will I pay customs fees?
Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are paid on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@dnballstars.com as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best.
Can I return something?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of receiving it, then send it back within another 14 days. Sale items included. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Email support@dnballstars.com with your order number to start a return.
